On 23rd June 2002, The human resources development directorate has been
established upon the Emiri decree no (16) for the year 2002 through Dr. Sheikh
Sultan Bin Mohd. Al Qasmi- the higher council member- and the governor of
Sharjah emirate. Its main aim is to develop the available human resources
as well as the possible ones which complies with the managerial development in

the government upgrading the productivity throughout specialized
applications in all fields. It also carries out recruiting, training and
adapting the human resources in different levels. |
